A building reinstatement was carried out at Menara Haw Par, along Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, for Hong Chow Internet Technology Sdn Bhd. The office unit required full strip-out to comply with landlord handover requirements, returning the space to base-build condition.
Over the project duration, all existing fit-out elements, including furniture systems, ceiling assemblies, partitions, and fixtures, were systematically dismantled and removed. Works were planned in stages to align with building access restrictions and ensure controlled execution within an active commercial tower environment.
The scope also included debris removal, ceiling grid reinstatement, partition base rectification, and surface preparation works to ensure compliance with handover standards.
Through structured sequencing and close coordination with building management, the reinstatement progressed efficiently from strip-out to final rectification. The unit is now fully cleared, compliant, and ready for landlord inspection or future tenant fit-out.
