Given building management requirements, all strip-out works were scheduled within permitted hours, with controlled dismantling and debris removal to avoid disruption to neighbouring units. Ceiling systems and lighting points were reinstated to base-build condition, followed by surface refinishing to restore a neutral, handover-compliant finish.
