The Sony R&D Centre North Plant at KL-Tec underwent upgrading works focused on epoxy flooring and overhead M&E installations within an operational factory environment. The scope included surface preparation and the application of industrial-grade epoxy, reflecting our Factory Epoxy Flooring Services, along with ducting, piping, cable trays, and lighting in high-ceilinged spaces.
Works were carried out in phases using scaffolding and access equipment to manage height and maintain safe site conditions.
The upgraded space now features a durable, seamless floor finish and improved overhead systems, supporting cleaner operations and long-term performance.
