The Tomaz Shoes outlet at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya underwent a comprehensive interior renovation to refresh the retail environment and improve operational flow. The project focused on upgrading wall finishes, installing new doors and fittings, electrical panel works, and repainting throughout the showroom and service areas.
During construction, wall repairs, plastering, and surface preparation were carried out carefully to achieve smooth finishes before final painting and installation works. Protective floor coverings and staged work zones were implemented to maintain cleanliness and efficiency during the renovation process.
The completed outlet now presents a clean and modern retail space that supports product display, customer movement, and back-of-house functionality.
