The TOMAZ boutique at SkyAvenue Complex began as a bare retail unit and was transformed into a refined, contemporary shopping space. The fit-out covered a full interior build, including ceiling framework, M&E installations, and Boutique Retail Renovation techniques to handle the high-traffic mountain environment.

Warm ambient lighting and wood-finished shelving were incorporated to create an upscale atmosphere. A central display zone and tailored product showcases help guide customer flow. The completed boutique balances functionality with a strong visual identity.
