The Tomaz Shoes outlet at Gateway@KLIA2 was fully renovated to create a modern, upscale retail space. The project transformed two combined units into a polished store featuring herringbone wooden flooring, custom display cabinets, recessed and track lighting, and a statement chandelier.

During construction, exposed ceiling infrastructure, ductwork, and electrical setups were carefully managed to ensure smooth progress, while protective measures maintained the integrity of newly installed finishes. The completed outlet now offers an elegant and welcoming shopping experience, with refined display zones, illuminated signage, and thoughtfully arranged counters that highlight Tomaz’s footwear collection.

This project demonstrates our high-standard capabilities in outlet interior renovations, delivering a functional yet luxurious retail environment within a busy mall setting.
